Be right in the centre of the action at the Econotel Kensington, with Bananas nightclub and Bar Poco Loco just a 50-metre stroll away.

Payment for the full rate of the booking is payable on arrival. A damage deposit of EUR 20 per person is payable at check-in. This will be returned on check-out once the condition of the apartment has been checked.
Each apartment comes with its own kitchenette, where you will find 2 electric rings, a toaster, refrigerator, cutlery and crockery. The bedroom comes with 2 twin beds. There are 2 more twin beds, as well as a dining table and chairs, in the apartment lounge. This lounge opens onto a terrace. Apartments are cleaned and towels are changed once every 3 or 4 days. Bed sheets are changed every 7 days.
In addition to the amenities already mentioned, this apartment has one extra bed for the fifth guest. This bed is located in the lounge area, reducing the communal space.
