Situated in Aucanada, the most peaceful setting in the Bay of Alcudia, in the North of Mallorca. Just 30m from from the waters edge, separated from the beach by a pine-tree wood and 200m from Aucanada Golf, an 18 hole golf course on the water's edge. Nearby, you will find the salt- water lagoons of Alcudia and Pollensa, refuge to many migrating birds, these lagoons are one of the most valued in the south of Europe from a bird-watching point of view; the old Roman city of Pollentia, which still has parts of the metropolis, theatre and ramparts; and the Puerto de Alcudia.

There are 45 apartments including 12 two-bedroom apartments, 30 one-bedroom apartments and 3 studios. Most of the apartments have views of the sea or the swimming pool. Each apartment has a kitchenette with hobs, kitchenware and a kettle. Toasters, CD players, irons, VCRs, prams, high chairs, microwaves, cool boxes for the beach, and various other optional extras are available on request at an additional cost. Apartments are cleaned and bathroom towels are changed every 2 days. Bed linen is changed twice a week.

There is also a kitchenette (hobs, kitchenware and kettle), bathroom with bath, and TV in the lounge. Most apartments have a terrace and some have sea views. The apartments are cleaned, towels are changed every 2 days and the linen is changed twice a week.
This apartment is located in an annexe building. It has 2 bedrooms with 2 twin beds each and a lounge with 2 single sofa beds. It accommodates up to 6 people in total. There is also a kitchenette (hobs,kitchenware and kettle), bathroom with shower, and an air-conditioned lounge with TV. It opens onto a large terrace overlooking the pool. The apartment is cleaned and towels are changed every 2 days, and the linen is changed twice a week.
The apartments are self-catering. The main building offers a bar/restaurant on the ground floor.
From the airport, take the motorway towards Palma for about 5.5 kilometres (3.5 miles). Before arriving at the capital, take the Ring Rd Exit 3 towards Andratx, Port d'Alcudia, Via de Cintura. Proceed for 2 kilometres and take Exit 3b towards Inca, Port d'Alcudia, Son Castelló (motorway). Once at Inca, continue on the main road following directions for Puerto de Alcudia. Follow the m-60 all the time with directions to the commercial port. Just before arriving to the port, on the roundabout, take the third exit towards the Camí d'Aucanada. Continue straight ahead following directions for the Golf course, approximately 1.7 km later, you will find the apartments in the corner in front of you.
