Cancellations

If cancelled up to 2 days before date of arrival, the first night will be charged. If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged. If cancelled up to 7 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.

25 percent of the total amount will be charged on the day of booking and is refundable.

Children and extra beds

All children are welcome. All children under 2 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding. All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots. All children from 3 to 12 years are charged EUR 60.00 per night and person for extra beds. One older child or adult is charged EUR 80.00 per night and person in an extra bed. Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.
