If cancelled up to 7 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged. If cancelled or modified up to 2 days before date of arrival, the first night will be charged. If cancelled or modified later, 50 percent of all nights will be charged. In case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.

Located on the 2nd floor of the building, this studio is separated into 2 floors. Downstairs there is a small dining area and one bedroom with a queen-size bed. Upstairs there is a bedroom which houses one double bed, but the height of the room is low (suitable only for children). The studio also features a balcony with a Baxedes Beach and Aegean Sea view, as well as a veranda with a Caldera Sea view (Thirassia and sunset).
This bedroom includes a double bed and a sofa bed and is near the swimming pool. It offers a beautiful view over Baxedes.
By car: From the port or airport you can take a taxi to the hotel. There is also the option of car rental, with free port and airport delivery. By bus: You can take a bus to Fira and from there take another bus to Oia.
