At Bolholt Apartments guests can stay in convenient self-catered studios, located just a 15 minute walk from the centre of Reykjavik and offering magnificent bay and mountain views.

All apartments have private bathrooms with showers and a compact kitchenette. Wireless internet is available and guests have access to a lounge area and convenient laundry room.

At Bolholt, breakfast is included in the price and breakfast items are placed in the room fridge for guests convenience, with a refill every other day.

The apartment rates include use of bed linen and towels. Please note that towels are changed every 2nd day and bed linen every 5th day.

Cancellations

If cancelled up to 2 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged. If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.

All children are welcome. All children under 1 year stay free of charge when using existing bedding. All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots. All older children or adults are charged EUR 13.00 per night and person for extra beds. Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.

Guests need to note that the hotel building is locked from 20:00 in the evening. Please also note that the hotel is not staffed on regular basis. There is a doorbell outside the front door with access to staff between 07:00 and 24:00. There is also a telephone in the lobby, which is answered by staff. After booking, a code to the front door is sent to the guest. The apartment keys will be placed on the front desk together with name and room number. Credit cards are never charged unless guests have left without paying.
