This stylish, modern hotel is in Egilsstadir, east Iceland's capital, and is 5 kilometres from the picturesque Lagarfljot River.
This contemporary hotel is a great base from which to explore the natural wonders of Iceland's east coast. The region's stunning scenery includes some wonderful examples of the spectacular fjords for which Iceland is famous.
The nearby Lagarfljot River flows from Lake Lagarfljót, which is about 15 km from the hotel. Like Scotland's famous Loch Ness, the lake is said to contain a monster. The lake is also close to the beautiful Hallormsstaðarskógur forest, which is the largest in Iceland.
