Spacious and spotlessly clean rooms, refurbished between 2003 and 2007 to a very high standard. Some doubles have views over our award winning garden, the market town of Appleby and the Eden Valley. Some rooms are interconnecting. Most of the family rooms have pull out single beds but one has bunk beds. Kids stay free if sharing with parents. They are only charged for meals taken.
