The room is fully gas central heated and all of the windows are double-glazed. The large windows offer views of the local estuary with boats, tidal sea (with wildlife) and a view of distant hills (Black Coombe). There is also a view of the main town. There is a sofa bed in the sitting area, which can accommodate 2 children or 2 adults. The rate shown (not the single occupancy rate) covers accommodation for up to 2 adults, and 2 children less than 3 years of age. The rate also includes breakfast for up to 2 people. Extra guests aged 3 years or older can be accommodated at an additional cost (to cover extra linen and breakfast).
