Staff was consistently helpful. Room request and upgrade appreciated. Beautiful resort.
No charge for self parking was nice. Love the water bottles and refill stations around the resort. ALso found the pool staff helpful and enjoyed the chair covers and towel service.

Location, balcony with table for laptops made for a wonderful start each day. Even though there were many families with children, the adult pool was buffered from the sounds of children playing in the family pool, creating a beautiful sanctuary.

We love the location. We also love the pool and restaurant. Also the condos are very nice but this particular unit was not as nice as the other units we have stayed in previously.

Very nice sized property and layout. Terrific veranda looking out over lava fields and volcanoes. Generous sized living space and convenient kitchen. This condo had everything we needed. Close to resorts and shopping and beaches. Vacasa host was great and quickly addressed any issues we had. They even provided a pack-n-play and beach chairs and snorkel gear that we requested in advance. Overall very satisfied.

We were really surprised at this property! it was much bigger than we realised, beautifully clean and had a really lovely homely feel to it!
They had provided everything you could think of which was amazing, enough cleanjng products (washing tabs, dishwasher tabs, washing up liquid etc.), the kitchen itself was excellently equipped, with full kitchen items!! (Some holiday rentals only have skeleton items that’s never enough!) and although we didn’t use them, there was snorkeling gear and beach toys etc.
We really enjoyed our stay and we’re very comfortable there. We said if we came back to Hawai’i, we would definitely return and bring our young son too!
we also loved the view from the property and outdoors furniture was really nice and comfortable, when the sun was setting, it was beautiful

We love staying in Waikoloa and the Fairway Villas. This is was our second time in the area and we specifically chose to stay in the same location because the condos are nice, roomy, and clean. Considering the reasonable price, the location is a great place to stay while in the area.

It is very windy and 3 days of our stay the resort area was uninhabitable. We either needed to stay inside-not why we came to Hawaii or go to Kona. There are no real beaches in the area we spent alot of time driving back and forth to Kona.

3 Bedroom condo was very nice.
3 Bedroom condo was very nice. Comfortable beds and kitchen fully stocked. location great. Nice lunch (and breakfast) spot nearby at Johny's restaurant at Golf Pro Shop. Wish we could have golfed. Excellent pool and workout area per my friends. Tennis courts strange matt surface. Hard to see #s on other condos at night to find location of our friends who were also staying there. But overall, a great facility and will be back!

Waikoloa is a great affordable luxury resort development.
Waikoloa is a great affordable luxury resort development. It is the kind of place where you can take walks and enjoy the beautiful landscaping or for dining and shopping. Many excellent tour companies (Kailani Tours) do pick-ups here and Waikoloa is well situated for exploring all parts of the island.

The hotel is beautiful and the grounds are lovely.
The hotel is beautiful and the grounds are lovely. However, the food was mediocre at best, very overpriced and not fresh. The staff were not overly helpful or friendly. I would be hesitant to recommend this resort to friends and family.

We were a family of 5 and this was great!
We were a family of 5 and this was great! It gave us plenty of space and we were able to relax in the room and grill and cook a few meals in. There is shopping, restaurants, a movie theater, and a BIG ABC store that has everything you could want - groceries, take out, souvenirs, etc all right across the street within walking distance. Its only about 20 min from the airport but has lots of open space and a very quiet feel to everything. Its a very short drive to several beaches and only about an hour or so to anything else on the Island. We were on 3rd floor and elevator is small and very slow but is helpful with luggage. The garage had lots of beach gear available for use. Small but nice swimming pool just a few buildings down with beautiful landscaping around it and a shaded patio if you are hanging out and watching kids swim.

The Mauna Lani Beach Club is a wonderful beach and it was a huge plus to have access to the cabanas and furniture based on the fact the unit had a membership there. We enjoyed the fact that the unit was close to restaurants (Tommy Bahama) and groceries (Foodland).
Morning walks around Mauna Lani are wonderful and easy access over to the beach is convenient. It's also simple to travel over to Waikoloa for even more shopping and restaurants. The Lava Lava Beach club has great food and is right on the water where we got to see a Monk Seal swim in the bay.
Also, I would recommend exploring the full Big Island. There are wonderful national parks and you can see so much and so many different climates and landscapes. It is truly unique compared to the other islands.
We were able to see whales each day when we drove north up Kohala.
All in all a wonderful trip for our 10th visit to the islands.
The unit was very clean and had all the extras that we could possibly need such as towels, washer and dryer, kitchen gadgets, beach supplies, board games, BBQ, plus more. The property grounds were beautiful and well maintained. The property was gated and felt safe. Plenty of space in the unit for our family of 2 adults and 2 children. So much more to explore nearby the unit that we didn't get a chance to. There is an ocean view trail with access right on the property.
Accommodation interior was perfect. Suited 2 couples very well, with own bathrooms. Well-equipped kitchen and dining areas for self catering. Space to relax in doors and out. Communal small gym and swimming pool. Beach equipment was good and clean. Lockable garage and outdoor parking space provided. Host Michel, was easily contactable at the end of a phone call or email- quick to respond.
The laundry room is a great idea. The pools and beach being really close to the hotel was also really convenient.
The smoothies at the cafe were really good!
The staff were friendly, especially at reception and the front desk.
The layout of the hotel was nice. It was easy to walk around and the lobby space was a fun place to hang out at any time of the day.
Everything, the property has it all! Great decor, great pool, restaurants, spa and the best beach…especially for families. You get access to paddle boards, kayaks, snorkels, etc. Rooms are spacious and well kept. The sunset views are unbelievable. Restaurants are fantastic. Hidden gem on the big isle if you ask me.

One of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed at. The facilities where amazing and the food was sooo good. We ate at canoe house and it was delicious, the lobster roll in the beach restaurant is the best I’ve ever eaten and the market has an incredible selection of snacks
The villa was beautifully furnished, spacious, comfortable, and equipped with many supplies for our stay. It had a lot of things (beach towels, beach chairs, coolers, etc.) we needed for the beach. It’s location in Waikoloa made it very easy to get to places we went.
The moment I walk out of my room there’s so much to do! The team at the Hilton is immaculate! Super nice people that is always happy to help or lend a hand! 10/10 would come back to the same resort when I come back to the big Island!
Nice big space. Entire family feels like at home. Close to pool and jacuzzi with massaging jets that were great as well as barbecues and exercise room. Close to everything that Waikoloa is offering and close to Kona.
This property was the best ever the condo was immaculate and everything you needed was in the unit. We have stayed at this complex before but M1 condo 69 was the very best..words cannot describe it.
Nice resort that also has permanent residents. Very outdated but cannot beat the price. Location isn't great but it isn't too far from beach and other activities. friendly staff. Great overall stay
Very comfortable and clean condo with nice on site amenities (pool, hot tub, grill, gym). The Waikoloa neighborhood also has access to the beach as well as shopping centers and restaurants.
only positive point : the café (managed independently from the hotel) and the gym. No service except for the cleaning staff who showed itself to be both understanding and flexible.
Love that the pools have water slides. The kids had a great time there and we enjoyed the other pools at the Hilton Village Waikoloa. The suite was perfect for our family.
