From the very beginning of our stay everything went very smooth. Location, room, facilities exceeded our expectations. I'd like to point out the excellent work of the hotel manager Victor. He helped us to organize everything we need - from the birthday dinner on the beach and every even small things. Thank you, Victor. The hospitality was top staff very kind and welcoming, I really liked there's a medical clinic on site and for travel a covid testing available with 24 hours just about a short drive away. I liked it enough to book a return this same week.

It was better than expected, the place is very calm, far from the crowed standard resorts, you can really feel that you’re in Zanzibar. The staff is very kind and the food is amazing, very tasty and natural flavours, we had dinner in the Domenico restaurant many times because it’s so delicious!

Everything was great, the resort looks better than in pictures. For us what stood out was the food, best food out of any other 5 star resort we stayed at. The italian chef did wonders, the fruits were amazing, the desserts were amazing. As a fan of panna cotta I ate here better panna cotta than in Italy.

We were very happy with the staff, who was always very kind and able to manage every situation. We also had a problem with our visa due to the airport personnel inefficiencies and the hotel management were able to support us and solve the situation. The hotel is on a beautiful beach, food was great (both breakfast and dinner), good gym with technogym machinery. we absolutely recommend Bluebay.
