The views of the Kobe Harbour were stunning. Our room was always cleaned so well. The staff at the front desk was happy, polite and informative. They suggested restaurants and stores to us when we asked and they were a hit!!! We loved ending our day on the roof top with a cold beverage and a chicken snack from the Family Mart located right next door to the hotel!

Just a 3-minute walk from Kobe’s Meriken Park, Kobe Meriken Park Oriental Hotel features 4 dining choices. Rooms have free WiFi and a balcony with park or harbour views. Superb location, great room with great view, very comfortable bed, friendly staff, great breakfast buffet, love the free drinks and chocolate. Thanks for provide shuttle bus to sannomiya station as well. Highly recommended.

Very spacious rooms. Great for families with kids. Location was great. Easy access to train station and the mall across the street. There's also some shopping in the same building as the hotel.

The paid laundry service is also excellent. - It also has spacious public spaces so we can still stroll with the baby when it is rainy. - Staff are friendly and I asked them for help to make reservations in Japanese when one of the babies had a fever. - We had to make a lot of Amazon orders of baby waters, diapers, etc. and it was a very smooth experience to receive those packages from the bell captain. For heavy items, hotel staff will bring them to the room. - The Chinese restaurant (3rd floor) and the bakery at the lobby-level cafe are nice. - The hotel has 2 elevators at the east/west far end of the lobby level for pedestrian access in addition to the free shuttle service. - Closest train station: JR Motomachi (10~12min walk), Hankyu Hanakuma (12~15min walk)
