Molt bona ubicació. A 5 min del metro de Cuatro Caminos, on hi ha 3 línies de metro diferents. Supermercats grans i oberts durant moltes hores (inclòs diumenge), també a 5 min. El carrer on hi ha l'apartament és molt tranquil. A les instal·lacions no els falta detall. El llit és de tipus canapè, de manera que permet guardar les maletes i la roba. A les fotos sembla que hagi de ser molt recarregat de decoració, però no ho és tant, cosa a valorar positivament. Està tot molt net i nou! Hi ha tots els utensilis necessaris per cuinar i alguns detalls de cortesia (unes càpsules de cafè, sobres de nesquik, oli i sal, sabó i xampú per la dutxa, etc.). L'edifici disposa de guixetes per guardar les maletes al fer el check-out.
