You can take an Uber for round trip (so there and back) to old town for around ~10-11eur and skip all the problem with parking next to old town. Believe me, you do not want to park next to old town even when there is no season. On arrival you need to call reception and they will open the doors for you to the garage.

Air-conditioning and Wi-Fi is available. Bačvice Beach can be reached in a 15-minute walk. We loved the stay and our host . She was so loving and helpful. I would wish to come back again !

A very nice and comfortable apartment in the city center - even with a harbor view. Fantastic pricing now in the winter. We where even allowed to deposite our luggage some hours before check-in.
