The houseboat team allowed us to leave our travel luggage before check in, on our arrival to do this they also allowed us to check in early as the houseboat was ready. The level of service received was fantastic, Joana, Emi, Goncalo, Gui & Nana checked in daily to see if we needed anything and if they could help with anything. We will definetely return in the future.

To sit on the roof or at the stern or on the front deck and watch life and fishes pass. Simply stunning. As for a delivered breakfast in a wicker basket, with gluten free bread too, made me feel pampered and spoiled. Just wow.

Even though there’s no customer service representative in Albufeira, Joana took really good care for us through Whatsapp. The response times were lighting fast and it was a pleasure to feel taken care of.
