I would like to share my experience of staying in the Premium Dem Hotel and express my deep gratitude, especially to Erhan Han, who is responsible for guest reception and hotel transfer. He showed unbelievable care and assistance in everything that was needed. A day before my arrival at the hotel, I booked a transfer from the airport to the hotel. They explained to me who and when would be waiting for me and even asked for my flight number to track my flight and meet me on time at the airport. When I arrived, comfortable and luxurious transportation was already waiting for me at the airport. They helped me with my luggage and offered me water after a long journey. Upon arrival, I was greeted by a very pleasant and responsive receptionist who immediately helped with the reservation of the transfer back to the airport the next day and extended my stay at the hotel for half a day, even though check-in and check-out are always at 10 am, so that I wouldn't have to wander around the airport for 5 hours. But the most amazing part was how I spent that one night and pleasant day in Istanbul. Instead of just staying in the room, the reception very considerately offered me a cruise on a beautiful ship that sailed around the city's landmarks of Istanbul, offering breathtaking magical views. The ship also served delicious Turkish cuisine, and it was the first time in my life that I tried real Turkish drinks. I also got to watch beautiful and diverse dances in different costumes, shows, and many other bright and impressive moments. Dear responsible Erhan Khan drove me to the ship from the hotel and didn't leave until we arrived back at the hotel, showing complete care and explaining everything about each city landmark. It's a very comfortable hotel, with very kind and warm-hearted people, delicious food and drinks. I'm left with many pleasant and positive emotions, as if I didn't end up in the hotel out of necessity but in my Turkish family :).

I want to thank Mr. Abdul Rahman, he helped us a lot and a respected person. We thank him a lot. We stayed in this hotel for 6 days, very clean, and the location is close to the markets

I traveled with my family and we had some special requests - Isaac made them happen. He went above and beyond to ensure we were happy and comfortable during the stay. He is the best! The location is amazing. You are 2 mins away from plenty of restaurants, 5 from the Sultanahmet area, and yet it is very quite.

This is my favourite place to stay in Edirne! Staff is beyond amazing, always super nice and polite, making sure your stay is as nice as possible. Location is great, just at the Main Street. Clean, lovely rooms, breakfast is a delicious!
