Located in Key West, 1.5 km from Higgs Beach, The Porch on Frances Inn provides air-conditioned rooms and express check-in and check-out. Fantastic property run by the loveliest people. the room was comfortable and we were given free access to bicycles to ride around to places we wanted to see. We were also given sunscreen in our room that we could take with us for our days out. They also had beach towels to use. Coffee and snacks were provided in the morning. Great stay and would highly recommend!

The staff were all very friendly and helpful. The grounds were beautiful and very clean. Our bungalow was very cute and beautifully decorated.

We really enjoyed our stay coz the Host, Shaun is also friendly and accommodating. Excellent communication with Host. We highly recommend this place to our friends and relatives. We surely gonna come back here.

The home was set up incredible. It did feel somewhat like a hotel atmosphere. Tv was a little bit difficult to work, but that was not our downfall. The weather could of been better to enjoy more of the park. Other than that. Great home. Wonderful inside amenities and a fantastic home we would recommend to anyone.

Great oceanfront views. Condo was very spacious and well decorated. Perfect spot to explore a lot of the keys for a few days before driving down to Key West.
