Excellent location. Near to Mall of Emirates and mashreq metro station. There scheduled shuttle to different locations is a plus. Staff is courteous.

Lack of empathy … rudeness . They knew the situation in dubai with the weather. My apartment was flooded !
Yes they could have politely said : in your terms and conditions it said : NO REFUND .
I accept that !
But instead the staff looked at me and said : your apartment is flooded ? So are the streets and everyone else ! In a very rude manner
