The hotel was lovely.. My boyfriend and I had a relaxing, restful holiday.. The staff were extremely helpful and came to our assistance any time we neededit. The breakfast was excellent, and the staff always greeted us with a good morning and a smile
On the weekend I wanted to order a meal.. The young lady at the reception helped me read the menu and place the order.. We also had problems with our room safe, but the problem was dealt with very quickly..
Great customer service.. I would definitely recommend this hotel..
I will be using it again in the future..

Everything was perfect! Location is amazing: close to restaurants and markets. Tivoli Park is a 20-min straight line walk. I was concerned about sharing bathrooms but they were always clean when I had to use them. Rituals amenities were a plus. Bed was big and comfortable. Staff amazing and super helpful!

Despite the poor hygienic conditions, the apartment was spacious and the space would be good if properly kept and clean. Access information to the unit was shared timely, albeit not very clearly.
