It was a relief for me to get to the rooms, because the city was very chaotic, I didnt know what to expect. The rooms are very cozy and the bathroom is very good. Nice breakfast.

The room was beautiful, very clean and modern. The jacuzzi tub was a nice added bonus as well. Staff was very insightful in showing us where to go and get the most out of our stay. My Italian isn't very good and it was very helpful that the staff knew English as well. Very nice people.

The location is perfect, communication was easy, they organized a transfer for us, the rooms are nice and tidy, everything is great! complaint: breakfast could be a little better (but you won't go hungry in Naples), sheets and towels should be changed a little more often because it's a room and not an apartment, maybe a refrigerator in the room or in the hallway would be perfect. But I give a good rating because young people are the managers of the facility and I think they will improve their services with time, best regards.

Everything was amazing. The location is so handy, just 3 min walk to the central station so easy to get around. The building itself is old but the moment you open the door to the lobby it’s like you’re in a different world. Attention to detail was so impressive rooms were spacious and clean. Very clean. The kitchen area was well stocked and they had Gluten free options for me. Tonia helped us during our stay and she couldn’t have been any sweeter. If you happen to be lucky enough to find this place available for the dates you need, don’t hesitate just book it. An oasis in a famously gritty city.

The room was really big, quiet and comfortable Bathroom in a great condition, very clean with a nice shower. There was also a really nice and big terrace. The host was very friendly, responsive, proactive and provided us with directions from the airport and gave us a list of places we should visit. The location is really good, super close to a street with many nice food options. I would really recommend this place
