As with other Mitsui Garden properties, this hotel is very clean, has a modern design with a touch of luxury to it. Rooftop bath is amazing and a blessing after a day of exploring around Tokyo. Breakfast at the restaurant on 1F is also very nice.

The owner (Satoshi) is careful of all details. You can not expect more for this price. Gotanda station (10-12min walking) provides a lot of lunch/diner places and connection to more touristic areas (Tokyo, Ueno, etc...) through the Yamanote line which also connects to the faster Tokyo-Ueno train at Shinagawa. Connecting to the airport is simple too, through Hamamatsucho and connecting with Monorail.
