Really quiet location and the rooms were well equipped, comfortable and ideal for our stay. the staff were great and able to help with a few special requests.

We accidentally left our iPad there and they were so helpful in getting it shipped to us. We anticipated it would be a few days to get it but they were so quick to get the iPad out we had it arrive at our location before we even got there. Their recommendations for things to do in the area were great. We enjoyed our time at this motel.

Lake Taupo and Tokaanu Thermal Pools are within 5 minutes’ drive from Creel Lodge. The Tongariro National Park’s ski fields and walking trails are 40 minutes’ drive away. We had a lovely stay. We were there two nights for a hike in Turangi. The facilities were wonderful. It was roomy, clean and comfortable. The grounds were amazingly beautiful. Highly recommended.
