Extremely good location, just 5 min from the beach, beautiful, simple and comfortable design, and a very helpful host. Very-very well equipped apartment placed at ground floor. The rooms are quite large and the furniture modern and functional too (microwave, dish and washing machines present with sops!). We appreciated the presence of a complely private internal small garden to enjoy breakfast in the mornings. The aprtment is locaed just 10 minutes walking from the see and from Rue de France, parallel to famous Promenade des Anglais, that can bring you to Massena square where you can find many shops, restaurants and minimarkets. Very good the presence of a privat parking place, directly aside from the flat, since in Nice is very complicated to find a good parking. Finally, both Mr. and Mrs Charbonnier are very kind people and available in case of any needs you might have during the stay.

Hotelli vaikutti turvalliselta, kun respa auki 24/7 ja pieni hotelli, joten henkilökunta tuli jo tutuksi muutamassa päivässä. Aamiaista lisämaksusta, laukkusäilytys.
