L'hotel dispone di vasche idromassaggio all'aperto con vista sul Lago Lagarfljót. really beautiful view, comfortable stay and nice attention to detail. The breakfast was one of the best I had in Iceland ( croissants and home made jam were delicious)

The hotel is beautiful and well constructed, as well as really well decorated. The rooms are big eniugh and have a great heating system. The bathroom is also good. The water smells a little bit like sulphur, but that happens in several region on Iceland and is not something super strong.

Hotel Stadarborg is in Breiddalur Valley, next to Road 1 and less than a 1-hour drive from Egilsstadir. Great place to have a stop for the night when entering the fjords. Good food friendly staff. And the hottub with the sauna makes it better.

Set in Seydisfjördur village, this accommodation offers rooms with free WiFi. Egilsstadir village is 28 km away. The property also offers on-site free parking. We liked everything. Excellent location in the beautiful Seyðisfjörður, historic house, nice furnishings, comfortable and clean room. Although not included, I recommend their typical delicious buffet breakfast.
