Great location, attentive and helpful staff, spacious room with great views, spotless clean. High quality amenities were provided. We arrived with a rental car, parking was easy and secure in hotel's own garage. Convenience stores, restaurants and fully-fledged shopping malls within short walking distance. Hotel's own bakery looked delicious, wanted to try, but we ran out of time. In sum, everything was great, highly recommend and would definitely want to come again.

The included breakfast was delicious, and there are also snacks and drinks available in the afternoon and evening which was great. All the staff are very friendly and kind. The hotel is located a short walk from Formosa Boulevard, so it is easy to get around to the sites and other places in Kaohsiung.

Very nice place to stay. There is a level where family can gather to have free flow of coffee and tea as well as some cookies. The bed is big and nice to sleep. However as we stay over the weekend there isn't much shops open around the area. But since it is near mrt we can travel to other places

The rooms were big, the beds were comfortable, the staff was nice, it was in a great location, and everything was clean. In the lobby, there was also a 7-11, so if you wanted a snack, it was easy to get it at whatever time as you didn't need to go outside. There was always security in the building, so it felt extremely safe. Overall, it was a great hotel!
