Their staff were very friendly, thoughtful & helpful. Always with a bright smile. Service was excellent!!!Thankful and lucky for the free upgrade of room. It was my first visit and I will definitely be back if I visit Yilan again. Room was very clean and spacious. Bed was comfy!! There are free snacks and drinks too. Rooms slipper are SUPER comfy, it is made in good quality. Close to 7-11 and other stores. Few mins of walking distance. Nearby bus stations too!

Open-air hot spring pools, a heated outdoor pool and pampering spa treatments can be enjoyed at Hotel Royal Chiao Hsi. It provides a free shuttle from Chiaohsi Railway Station, a 10-minute drive away.... The staff went above and beyond what was expected. Both the breakfast and dinner buffets were exceptional. The Japanese room was calming and the balcony allowed myself and my partner to unwind having a drink together. The out door spa was another highlight, the different pools were varied and the fish were a great bonus. Overall- from when we arrived until we left - I would like to reiterate how exceptional the staff were at every possible opportunity.

The hot spring bath in the room just gave us a relaxing time in private. The Starbucks and the bakery on the ground floor were convenient for a tea time, the bread and cookies were very nice and yummy in the bakery.

Good breakfast, cute and cozy options. Very near the beach and also some really great restaurants. Highly recommend.
