TL/DR: the staff was the friendliest I have ever seen. Everything was sparkling clean. The food was great. The all inclusive package is a must have Now a more detailed review: We made a huge mistake by NOT getting the all inclusive pack, and had to go out every day for lunch or dinner. There's a few restaurants within a 15/20 minutes walk, but under a scorching sun that was not worth it. The paid/specialties restaurants in the hotel are too fancy, too expensive and often had to be reserved in advance, so that was not an option. The only one we went to was the one by the beach. The staff was always friendly. Even under a 40/110 degree heat everybody was happy to be there. That made an experience much more agreeable in the entire hotel. At night there would be entertainment in two places. Usually a more cruise ship like dancing or a band playing. And by the pool there would be a more laid back band playing. The whole place felt vibrant and has a 100% family vibe to It. Lots of kids playing in all places. The hotel has a convenience store with basically everything you need. It runs from 8 to 10 every day, and the staff was also super friendly. We would gladly be back, but now with the all inclusive package.

Great 2 storey room with 2 separate bathrooms, 2 double beds. Absolutely clean and nice looking. Amazing view to seaside. Great value for money. Nice private beach both for kids and adults.

Absolutely fabulous in every aspect. A true holiday. Rooms and layout amazing, food so good, staff so very friendly and helpful. Evening entertainment, taxi rank opposite hotel to get into town. I think this was our best holiday yet.

The tastefully decorated rooms provided me a cozy atmosphere, complemented by stunning views. Impeccable cleanliness, well-equipped bathrooms with a hairdryer and fresh towels made my experience delightful. The on-site restaurant served delicious meals and the staff's friendliness added to the overall charm. Free and fast WiFi enhanced the value. A/C, TV and a kitchenette in the room ensured comfort. The balcony view was exquisite, and the 24-hour reception was efficient.
