Location was great as it was away from city noise and into the nature. Seaview from the room and pool with mountain behind us. Ninseh, Mazda and rest of the crew were great in taking care of us. Owner Sri personally helped us with any questions and little issue of an air conditioner. She went above and beyond to accommodate us and ensured that our stay was comforting. I would highly recommend this place if you are looking for calm and peaceful place to stay.

If you are looking for 'ZEN' this is your place! In the hills overlooking the green rice fields and out to sea hubby and I were in heaven. We stayed in Villa Bougainvillia, a spacious, spotless, landscaped delight. The view was magnificent.. and from the infinity pool absolutely joyous. Full sun all day, no Mosquito's and total peace and relaxation. The staff have all worked here many years and are super efficient, kind, friendly and quietly go about their daily business without disturbance. I arrived "under the weather" and Sri our fabulous chef du cuisine and all round "fixer" did everything she could to help me, so I felt much improved afterwards...and boy can that lady can cook! Flavoursome, freshly bought ingredients went into our lovely meals each day either in Villa or at the lovely Boutique 4 table restaurant, which overlooks the sea. It was a real pleasure to taste the ' love' in her cooking, we enjoyed every mouthful.😋 Inside the Villa is tastefully decorated, comfortable and fragrant, no nasty "drain" smells, a hot, powerful shower pressure and plenty of clean, fresh smelling towels. Wonderful comfy bed too! The owners have thought of everything to make their guests comfortable and we certainly did. We didn't want to leave....but we will be back....100%! Right from the location to the management, everything is just perfect. Everything about this place is magical. I had the best time of my life. Staff was the best. Restaurant is amazing. A property surrounded by 9 waterfalls & they have so many activities throughout the day and this is perfect weekend gateway and a place for nature lovers

Location was good, just far enough out of Lovina central but they do have a shuttle bus. The facilities are great, rooms are well appointed. Staff very happy and willing to help. Restaurant menu is great yo have a meal by the pool or in the comfortable open restaurant

The location forces one to relax with no distractions . The swimming pool is extremely social in its depth snd length for swimming. The bungalows are very private and light coming from all directions

The rooms are super-comfortable, staff are amazing, spa is very well priced, the whole hotel has a very laid back atmosphere and it's just a few minutes drive from Lovina. Some reviewers mentioned that the hotel needs refresh - maybe it was their first experience in Indonesia, but all hotels here (including luxury ones) need some renovation here and there; and, in any case, this is part of the Bali charm - helped by the Buddhist temple (several hundreds years old) in the hotel grounds.
