The resort was immaculate! Everything was super clean, the room was spacious with both an indoor and outdoor shower, the beach in front of the resort was pristine and the infinity pool that looked over the beach was amazing! The staff were fantastic, super friendly and really made you feel like royalty. There was a lovely lady named Dwi who looked after us while we ate. She remembered our names from the first time we told her and really made us feel at home. We drank almost every cocktail on the menu and they were all delicious but our favourite would definitely have to be the sail which was like an alcoholic banana smoothie. We spent our time drinking cocktails by the pool, walking along the beach and dining at the in house restaurant that looked over the water. 10/10 stay for us!!

We loved everything about it! The room was clean, the view was perfect, the elevator was fun to ride on, interior was amazing, facilities were great and staff was exceptionally accommodating. We stayed for 4 nights and throroughly enjoyed our time here.

Excellently well run resort. Staff were outstanding and food was super delicious with lots of variety. Preferred the ala carte breakfast to the buffet breakfasts offered at most other resorts. About 30min drive to Gili Islands so good location. We loved every minute. Worth upgrading to an ocean front room.

Impressive doesn't even begin to do justice to my experience at Jeeva. For a week I was transported to a fantasy land and I'm still in awe at what a surreal time it was. The scenery, service and staff were impeccable - picturesque sunsets overlooking the beach by the infinity pool, unbelievable the stuff of dreams. What differentiated this place from other resorts/villa stays has to be the staff. Jeeva is incredibly fortunate to have such dedicated and passionate team members, who went out of their way to ensure me and my grandma had the best of everything. They went above and beyond to facilitate any requests and make sure we felt welcomed. From the front reception, housekeeping, landscapers, dining staff, massage therapists to the drivers - I'd like to extend my warmest thanks for making each day at Jeeva so magical and memorable. Although I can't list all names I'd like to take a moment to thank the following in particular: Etal, Dini, Hardi, Komang, Yasa, Firman, Alwi, Deo, Windri, Putra, Fitri, Diki, Rika and Ayu - my trip would've been incomplete without knowing you all - until next time!!

Super nice stay with great atmosphere and lovely pools. Very welcoming stuff: got a welcome drink and cold refreshing towels upon check-in. They are very helpful with whatever question you have. Got an extremly big help with my car rental even. Highly recommended and would definitely come back.

Many thanks to the staff of Seven Secrets for the comfortable staying Summary of adventures 1. Excellent cuisine, including breakfast A’la Carte 2. All members of staff speak English quite well 3. Your room is cleaned twice a day: when you have breakfast and when you have dinner 4. The room is completely thought out: enough space for all your belongings, a big terrace with a jacuzzi (we didn’t use it though, as we preferred the ocean and the swimming pool), table and sun beds like near swimming pool. 5. First beach line, beach is cleaned every morning 6. There is a turtle center 5 min from the hotel. We swam with turtles accompanied by guys from the center. A lot of emotions:-) 7. You can get to all the Gili islands easily. 15 min and 2 USD by taxi to the port and then 15 min and 2-5 USD (depending on the type of boat) by boat. We came to Gili several times for a whole day for snorkeling and lunch. Obviously, we got help on every request we made, from the team of the hotel. Our warmest words of thanks to everybody! The hotel is fully 5*. Staying here is worth the money. And many thanks for the presents: last dinner on the beach and national masks🥰 Gladly recommend!
