Wonderful hotel/resort. From the welcoming arrival to the sad departure we had a truly 5* experience. The beds/pillows/duvet are quality as are the bathroom facilities. I stayed during November 2023 for a few nights. The staff were very helpful. They arranged for my rental motorbike and Underground River Tour. The restaurant had a very good breakfast buffet. Hot shower and cold A/C.
