Molto bello il parco la pulizia ottima e lo staff davvero cortese c’era il ragazzo delle camere Mahmoud Hosni che ci sorprendeva con delle sculture stupende

Il recente Steigenberger Alcazar sorge a Nabq, a circa 15 minuti dall’Aeroporto Internazionale di Sharm el-Sheikh. abbiamo soggiornato poche notti ma è stata davvero una vacanza indimenticabile, tutto perfetto I servizi dell'hotel, le strutture, il ristorante, il bar e il personale erano fantastici ma non potevamo dimenticare la professionalità del grande team dell'accoglienza, in particolare il signor Wael, è stato disponibile, quindi parla molte lingue contemporaneamente molte grazie resort Alcazar e ritorneremo sicuramente

Questo lussuoso resort a 5 stelle è immerso tra le palme, sul lungomare di Sharm el-Sheikh. Everyting was wonderfull!!!! The stuff, the facilities, the room, the food- all was great and beyond. exellent water park and pools

We loved everything about our stay , this is our second time, and they did not disappoint 🥹❤️ Salwa from the reception was extremely kind and welcoming, and made sure we had everything and more... The housekeeper, mohammad, was so kind.. The aqua park was our favorite spot! Abdelrahman was very friendly and extremely helpful 🙏 The bar tender at the aqua park, Mohammad made great drinks 🍸 Everyone was super nice... The food was amazing! Seriously, it was amazing!! We can't wait to come back ! ❤️

The stay is incredibly relaxing and you feel pampered. Our greatest thanks go to Simone and Atef, who were of great help throughout the whole stay. Owing to Mohamed from Luna restaurant, our lunches were mind- blowing. The biggest surprise was waiting for us in Italian restaurant, where the executive chef Sebastiano., served a special, fantastic Italian dinner.

Situato su una spiaggia affacciata sulla barriera corallina Temple Reef, questo resort all inclusive vanta camere spaziose con balcone, varie piscine all'aperto, un centro benessere e viste... All the facilities are very well keeped. There was a part that was on renovation with no impact on the guests. The best part it was the staff of the Sentido Beach. Ahmed from Sentido Beach Bar was absolutelly great. He do more than his responsabilities of the bar. He wants that every guest are happy and enjoy the hotel. He manage to anticipate our needs and sometimes, he bring us water even we didn't request... Also, from Sentido Beach Mohamed, life guard was great. Always helpeing and seen if we are enjoying the place. For sure, the 2 best employes from Sentido Oásis Resort!
