Nguyen Shack Retreat Resort offers private bungalows in Phong Nha National Park. The property boasts a garden and lake view. We really enjoyed our stay at nguyen shack, because it is the perfect place to relax, surrounded by a beautiful nature. The rooms with mountain- and lakeview are so pretty, especially with the morningsun over the lake. The stuff is great, all the girls working there are superfriendly and make your stay even better!

Hotel has nice spacious rooms with balconies (though there was no seating on them). Beautiful views over the pool area and ocean. Pool area was nice and clean and towels provided. Hotel restaurant was good too and the bar downstairs produced some amazing and fresh cocktails for us.
